1. Conditions for Application:
Welcom ensures the buyer’s rights by allowing them to request a product return in the case of post-payment or product return and refund in the case of pre-payment when receiving the goods.
After receiving the goods, the buyer must check the quality and quantity of the products. If the products do not meet quality standards or are damaged, the buyer must notify the company within one day from the receipt date. Welcom will review the supply and shipping process, evaluate the issue, and notify the buyer within six days from the time feedback is received.
2. Conditions for Return:
– The provided product does not match the type, model, or quantity as requested in the contract or purchase order.
– The product has a defect from the manufacturer.
– The company has agreed with the buyer on returning the goods.
3. Non-Acceptance of Return:
The company will not accept returns if the buyer changes their mind about the purchase without a valid reason.
4. Requirements for Return and Shipping Fees:
– To avoid issues related to returning goods, the buyer must return the goods with all accompanying products, accessories, invoices, warranty cards (if applicable), and the goods must remain in the original condition as when received.
– The return shipping fee is paid by the buyer or negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Refund for Returned Goods:
– The company will refund the customer if the customer has pre-paid and the following conditions are met:
+ The returned goods fall under one of the reasons listed in section 2.
+ The company verifies that the returned goods match the return reasons.
+ The condition of the goods is ensured according to section 4.
– The refund time and method will be negotiated by both parties.
– Responsibilities of both parties:
+ The seller: Refund the amount as per the regulations or agreement.
+ The buyer: Cooperate with the seller to complete the procedures for returning goods, invoices, and purchase documents in accordance with the law.
6. Dispute Resolution:
If Welcom and the buyer cannot agree on the return or refund, the buyer can file a complaint with the relevant authorities based on the purchase contract, order, or other agreements. The decision of the authorities is final, and the losing party must bear the litigation costs.
